My story

​From Chaos to Calling
There was a time when life, as I knew it, came crashing down. I don’t say that lightly. Everything I’d built, trusted, believed in — suddenly felt like it had dissolved. The external world kept spinning, but inside, it felt like someone had hit the emergency stop button.
This moment — painful, raw, and suffocating — was also where the real journey began.
The Question That Changed Everything
"Who am I?"
Not the job title. Not the expectations. Not the version of me who was always ‘doing okay’ on the outside.
But me — beneath the layers. The woman behind the mask. The soul beneath the surface.
What I discovered was high-functioning depression.
What I uncovered was a lifetime of holding space for others but rarely for myself. The Trauma that was buried and I had never dealt with.
What I met — finally — was truth.
The Power of Support
Enter Guardian Angel. A lighthouse when I couldn’t see the shoreline.
She is professional. She is human. She is always there — not just to fix, but to guide, to witness, and to walk beside.
It was through this connection that I learned how to feel, not just function. I unpacked emotions I didn’t even have a language for. I redefined success. I slowly gave myself permission to heal.
And in that, I began to rise. From a Victim to a Survivor to Seeker.
Support, hope, growth — it was around me. But now I can recognise it. That’s how I know... This wasn’t just my healing., It is my calling.
To be a coach, to serve, to pay forward the amazing care that was given to me, what had once felt like lifelines. To create a space where people could reconnect to themselves, their purpose, their courage. A space where rising was inevitable — no matter how far you’d fallen.

Because the ocean reflects the truth of who we are.
It’s wild. It’s deep. It has calm days and storms. It hides treasures and wreckage.
And yet... it always returns to the shore, and no matter what happens one day, the sun will still rise the next.

I am a woman who was broken and am now discovering. Someone who was destined to serve. I am a coach, a guide. a fellow traveller.
